COMMISSIONS
Offerings and prices are subject to change. If there is something in particular you are interested in and don't know what it falls under, just let me know and we can work it out. Thanks for your interest! You can contact me via email (preferred, for visibility) or DM on social media.
Payment
Currently I accept Paypal, Ko-fi, or Venmo. Payment information will be given during discussion. I typically ask to be paid upfront, though for $100+ commissions, we can work out a half upfront payment if that is more comfortable due to the longer time it'd take for me to work on more complex artwork. If for whatever reason I cannot complete the work, I will refund if I have not started.
How To Commission
Send me an email at [email protected] (or DM me on social media, but there's a risk I won't see it) with the following info:1. What subject you want - with refs would be best! If you don't have refs for a character, having similar photos is helpful too. If you have a specific pose in mind, finding a photo is best but if you wanna be jank and draw a stick figure I'm not going to say no to that.
2. What kind of commission type; fully rendered, sketch, etc. whether it is full character, partial, multi character
3. Intended payment method (Paypal, Ko-fi)
4. Any other comments like special notes about when you need this by (particular date, or flexible). You don't have to tell me what it is for but if you think it'll be helpful for me to know that to add any artistic decisions for it, that's fine. Also maybe include best form of contact for you; I'll just respond to email by default, but if you prefer DM on twitter/ig/discord then I can do that.I may have follow-up questions! Please don't pay me until we agree on something!
Unless otherwise noted because of my schedule (or because it's a really complex piece), please alot 2 weeks to receive your artwork! A lot of times if it's a relatively simple piece you get it within a week, but 2 week is standard to allow for anything else I have going on (I work full time 😔). I may send sketches during progress to receive feedback.
Commission Types and Prices
The following table contains baseline prices for various commission types. The different prices for each line of the table indicates bust, half-body, and full-body illustrations respectively. e.g. XYZ costs 10/20/30 means a bust of type XYZ 10 while a full-body illustration costs 30. Please note that, again, these are baseline prices and if the subject is more complex in some manner, urgent turnaround time, etc, the price can be a little higher since it would take more effort, time, or affects my prioritization and scheduling. In most cases though, they have not really been much different.Commercial use: ~Price x 2. This grants the commissioner full rights to the art and permission to use for monetized endeavors (however I retain the right to still display in my portfolio after it is public, unless specified otherwise). This multiplier can be discussed and modified. Examples:

| Backgrounds | All prior listings are under the assumption of minimal background. Simple things like color fills, patterns, lighting gradients, simple props and implied sketch backgrounds are free. More complex background pieces may require further discussion on pricing. This can be anywhere from $30 to $200+. Highly illustrative pieces will usually have a large background cost. | Varies |
| Multiple Characters Together | Above prices are for single character. There is a discount for additional characters in the same piece. Additional character is ~3/4 of the price. If you are looking for a very large cast of characters, this scaling may be affected and it is best to discuss. More than ~6 characters interacting in a single drawing is out of my comfort zone and I may recommend you to find another artist. | (see description) |

TERMS OF SERVICE
General
Refer to my past/works/examples to know what kind of art I can deliver. If there is something you see that does not seem to be listed, let me know and we can discuss it.
I have the right to refuse a commission. This is an agreement of a product/service and payment for both parties.
A full refund will only be granted before sketch has been delivered. In the case that the work is cancelled partway though, a partial refund can be done.
Commissions usually take around 2 weeks, but may take as long as 1 month depending on content and my schedule. I will let you know a clearer estimate once we agree on subject and payments, and I will contact you in the event something came up that may affect the schedule (e.g. emergency, illness)
Commissions are for personal use (Twitch Emotes/Icons/Profile/Banners/Visual asset for your website are fine) unless stated otherwise. Please let me know if you intend to use for commercial purposes, like book cover, merch, advertisement, etc. so we can work out modifiers or special payment contract.
This personal use clause applies to the artwork at any stage, such as sketches or works in progress pictures that I may send to you.
Examples of appropriate use: desktop wallpaper, printing for yourself and family (not selling online or in person), profile picture on social media, asset for your website, profile page. Essentially, there can not be any distribution of the artwork on merchandise or other products such as games. Clients may not edit, claim, reproduce, or profit from noncommercial commission. Unless stated otherwise.
You may not use the artwork for NFTs and other similar crypto projects. It is against my values and I do not wish for my art to be used in that way.
All art must be credited if displayed in your online gallery, profile page badge, etc. If you have more than 1 asset from me, just crediting 1 time somewhere is fine. Links appreciated, but at minimum something like "Artwork by Eclipsing" or "Emotes by Eclipsing".
I preserve any and all rights to the noncommercial commission (e.g. - distribution, reproduction, promotions). In most cases, that will mean using it as part of my portfolio and promotions. For things like your original character, for example, I will not put that on merchandise because you still own the character idea.
The commission work I create may be displayed, and credited. If I use your original character illustration as a portfolio piece, I will credit you on social media.
The commission work may be livestreamed or posted as a finished video on such websites like YouTube to document the drawing process, unless it is agreed upon beforehand not to (e.g. Vtuber art usually want to keep secret until reveal).
Designing a new character from scratch may result in additional fees due to design iterations.
Commercial use commissions will cost more. Please specify and we can come to an agreement.
